BRC Code of Conduct. This show is being run by volunteers. We have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse and anyone found in breach may incur elimination for their team

Classes will be run over two rounds. The second round will be 2 phase. The first part may be up to 5cm higher than round 1. The latter part, the jump-off, may be up to 10cm higher than round 1. Only those who have gone double clear will proceed to the jump-off part. Second round times will determine placings for ties.
Entries:
For winter qualifiers, and onwards, BRC has introduced a ‘competition pass’ which replaces pre-entries. To compete and qualify for BRC championships, all entrants must have a valid club membership AND a competition pass, which can be purchased via the BRC Sport80 portal. Any member competing at a qualifier without both will be disqualified by BRC HQ.
It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. The eligibility table can be found here: https://www.bhs.org.uk/british-riding-clubs/brchandbook/
Special requests, eg regarding times, must be made with entry and we will try to accommodate. No changes (other than unforeseeable emergencies) after times published.
Horses can only compete in two consecutive classes (ie 60 & 70, or 90 & 100)
Closing date for entries: September 26th 2025 via www.worcesterridingclub.com
Times published: By midnight October 8th 2025.
Refunds for individual competitors will only be made on the production of a vet/medical certificate, received by the Entries Secretary no later than October 18th. Any refund will be subject to an administration fee. Please note: the entry fee for a team is the same whether it has 3 or 4 members. Substitutions can be made after entries close, before the competition starts, for emergencies only. Therefore any refund for a team member is up to that member’s club, if they are unable to replace the team member.
