MERCIAN COMBINED TRAINING SUNDAY 9TH JUNE 2024 - ENTRIES CLOSED

Maximum of 2 teams per club

Teams are to be made up of either 3 or 4 riders competing in classes 2, 4 and 6, of which 3 scores are to count 

Team scores will be totalled and the team with the LOWEST total score of 3 will be declared the winner

All scores will be counted towards individual placings

Dressage scores will be converted to a % penalties which will be added to show jumping penalties.  The class winner will be the combination with the lowest total penalties (% dressage + showjumping penalties)

In the case of a tie the dressage collectives will determine the winner

Horses will be restricted to entering 2 Combined Training classes, or One Combined Training and 2 dressage or 2 clear round show jumping classes

Dressage will be held in the large outdoor school 20x40m arenas

Warm up will be in the Poolands, the smaller, indoor arena

Show Jumping will be in the International indoor arena - there will be 2 warm up fences in the large arena that riders are able to use before they start the round 

If entries warrant each class can be split into junior and senior sections

Clear round jumping will be OFFERED ON THE DAY IF TIME ALLOWS.
